【Pharmacological Effects】
Pharmacodynamics Tylosin belongs to the class of truncated pleuroids, which has bactericidal effect on sensitive bacteria at high concentration. Inhibition of bacterial protein synthesis by binding to ribosomal 50S subunit.
Tylosin has good antibacterial activity against Mycoplasma and swine dysentery, and against most Gram-positive bacteria, including Staphylococcus and Streptococcus (except group D Streptococcus). It has a certain effect on Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae and a weak antibacterial activity on most Gram-negative bacteria.
This product can be used in combination with aureomycin in 1:4 to treat bacterial enteritis, bacterial pneumonia and bacillary dysentery. It has significant effect on pneumonia caused by mycoplasma pneumonia, Bordetella bronchiseptica and Pasteurella multocida mixed infection.
Pharmacokinetics The absorption of the medicine was good. The bioavailability was about 85% after single dose administration, and reached the peak of blood concentration in 2-4 hours. The drugs entering the body were widely distributed, with the highest concentration in lung tissue. Temicin is widely metabolized in vivo, producing more than 20 kinds of metabolites, some of which have antibacterial activity. Tylosin metabolites are mainly excreted from feces through bile and about 30% from urine.
【Drug Interactions】
(1) When used together with polyether antibiotics such as monensin, Salinomycin and methylsalinomycin, it can affect the metabolism of polyether antibiotics, slow growth, dyskinesia, paralysis and even death of chickens.
(2) When combined with other antibiotics (such as macrolides and lincomycin) that can bind to the 50S subunit of bacterial ribosome, the efficacy may be reduced due to competition for the same action site.
【Function and Purpose】
Pleurotus antibiotics are truncated. Mainly used for prevention and treatment of chronic respiratory tract disease in chickens, Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae, Actinobacillus pleurae pneumonia, also used for swine dysentery (red dysentery) caused by treponema pallidum and proliferative enteritis (ileitis) of swine.
【Usage and Dosage】
Calculated by this product. Mixed drink: 0.45-0.6g soluble in 1L water for swines, for 5 consecutive days; 1.25-2.5g soluble in 1L water for chickens, for 3 consecutive days.
【Adverse Reactions】
Swines use normal doses and sometimes develop skin erythema. Excessive application can cause transient salivation, vomiting and central nervous inhibition in swines.
【Attention】
(1) It is forbidden to be combined with polyether antibiotics such as monensin, salinomycin, methylsalinomycin, etc.
(2) The user should avoid contact with eyes and skin.
